We require all Digi technicians to undergo OSHA-10 training and receive their certification of completion. We also conduct weekly safety meetings to review our standards and ensure that everyone on job sites is adhering to our safety standards.
We utilize a drafting platform that allows our technicians and our partners to see the specifications of each product, including where it's deployed, what equipment is associated with it, and the progress on its installation - in real time. We believe in complete transparency.

Our technicians are deployed in teams, with a Project Lead who serves as an in-the-field Project Manager, an experienced Lead Technician, and a Technician. These teams are coordinated by a Project Coordinator, who serves as your point of contact throughout the project's duration. Our Partner Advocate reaches out routinely from start to finish as a third-party touch point, ensuring that we are exceeding your expectations and addressing issues as soon as they arise.
