What to Expect with Digi
Your Account Manager will assess your facility and provide you with a customized design and quote for parts and labor. You'll approve and sign this quote to get your project going.
Meet Your Team
Your Project Coordinator will reach out to you to introduce herself and your Project Manager. We'll order your parts and get important info from your Account Manager.
Your Project Manager will determine the duration of the project and what techs will be best for the job, and our Project Coordinator will work with you to schedule our start date.
Your Project Manager, Project Lead Technician, and Account Manager will walk through the facility to ensure everything is accounted for before the installation day.
Your Project Lead Technician and Project Manager will keep the project on track and ensure our guys have what they need. We'll keep you updated on the status of your project each day.
